Phase 2: Full Launch (September 1, 2026)

Mid-2027: Springfield (417 token fork) — local playbook, burns, 5% KC Royalty. Late 2027: St. Louis rollout. 2028: Chicago entry — bigger market, more cities, more impact. Every new city replicates the junior-college-first playbook.

More cities, more merchants, more impact. The Treasure Network model expands nationally with bigger brand partnerships and deeper community roots in every chapter city.
