Your path to rewards: methods of entry
There are two clear ways to enter our reward drawings. You can enter online during the designated Entry Period via the Treasure KC platform. Alternatively, you can participate via our Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) by mailing in a hand-printed 3x5 card with your full name, address, phone number, email, and the drawing you wish to enter to [[insert mailing address here - e.g., Treasure KC, P.O. Box 123, Kansas City, MO 64106]] by the posted deadlines. To maintain fairness, there is a strict daily limit: one entry per person per day across all entry methods for any given drawing. Any extra entries received beyond this daily limit will be considered void.
Winner transparency and dispute resolution
After an Entry Period concludes, a winner list can be requested in writing by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to [[insert mailing address here - e.g., Treasure KC, P.O. Box 123, Kansas City, MO 64106]]. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and efficiently. Should a dispute arise, written notice must be provided to Treasure KC. We require a 30-day informal resolution period to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached during this period, claims must be filed exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Kansas City, Missouri. This structured approach ensures all issues are addressed with professionalism and adherence to legal standards.
