Treasure KC hires, trains, and deploys its own field researchers to conduct structured surveys in Kansas City neighborhoods. Staff follow an approved survey instrument and collection protocol, document provenance, and return records for quality review and a protected, versioned archive. Only approved, privacy-safe aggregates may be reported. A planned ledger receipt would protect the integrity of an approved record state without publishing the answer or identifying a resident.

• Every record keeps its question version, collection method, UTC submission time, neighborhood context, and review status.
• Treasure KC field researchers conduct survey collection; partners, volunteers, residents, and website visitors do not submit survey records.
• Planned on-chain receipt: an approved record fingerprint and limited audit metadata. Never on-chain: name, address, phone, account numbers, raw response content, or review notes.
• A hash proves an exact record state existed and has not changed since anchoring; it does not prove an answer is objectively true.
• Revenue split: 50% Community Rewards, 20% Member Voting Board (elected, nonprofit-affiliated), 30% Operations.
• KC Royalty: 5% of every future city's revenue flows back to Kansas City permanently.
• Privacy architecture: k-anonymity protection, ZIP-code aggregates only, no individual records ever shared. Opt-out available at any time.
